Xue-Yi Guo is an assistant researcher at the Beijing Academy of Quantum Information Sciences (BAQIS). His primary research areas focus on theoretical and experimental techniques in superconducting quantum computing (SQC) and quantum simulation. He has published multiple SCI papers on quantum simulation.

Research Directions
Xue-Yi Guo’s research focuses on the development and application of SQC systems, encompassing two primary directions. First, the design of operating systems and automated calibration algorithms for SQCs. This includes the development of a multi-platform-compatible measurement and control software system that enables fully automated compilation from quantum circuits to control pulses. Second, experimental investigations using SQCs for quantum simulation studies, particularly addressing condensed matter physics challenges such as thermalization in quantum many-body systems, dynamics of Ising models, and quantum localization phase transitions. Additionally, He pioneers novel quantum simulation methodologies including finite-temperature Gibbs state preparation, aiming to advance practical quantum computing applications in fundamental physics research.
